Appeal/Momentum, 2014
The installation in public space marks the construction fence and facades around the site where the historic city archive of Cologne collapsed in 2009 with abstracted objects reminiscent of nesting boxes, storage containers or architectural models. Different sizes form a system with variation possibilities. The interest revolves around the sensitive change of the image of a place that remains vague and indeterminate in its appearance.
